Jordan Dziabiak is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), published author, ordained minister, entrepreneur, and devoted father of two who is passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and live authentically.
Jordan’s coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in his own life journey. Raised in poverty by a single mother in a household with limited emotional support and an absent father, he understands firsthand the challenges that can accompany adversity, rejection, self-doubt, and uncertainty. Living with a stutter since the age of eight, Jordan learned early in life that success is not determined by circumstances but by perseverance, resilience, and a willingness to keep moving forward despite obstacles.
Throughout his life, Jordan credits teachers, mentors, coaches, and community leaders for helping him recognize his potential. Their encouragement inspired his belief that every person possesses unique gifts and strengths capable of creating extraordinary outcomes when properly nurtured and developed.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from American InterContinental University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University, where he graduated in 2013. He combines his educational background, professional training, ministry experience, and personal life experiences to help clients navigate major life transitions, personal growth challenges, career goals, relationship changes, confidence building, and purpose-driven living.
A dedicated servant leader, Jordan has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, taught computer literacy courses through Manos de Cristo to support underserved individuals pursuing greater opportunities, completed the Citizens Academy through the Travis County Sheriff’s Office, and continues to serve as a faith leader within his church community.
As an openly gay man, Jordan is committed to creating a coaching environment where every client feels respected, valued, and supported. He believes transformation begins when people are empowered to embrace who they are, clarify their goals, and take intentional steps toward the future they desire.
It’s not where you start in life that matters most—it’s where you finish.
Diversity & Inclusion
“As an openly gay man, I am proud to provide a welcoming, affirming, inclusive, and judgment-free environment for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, orientations, beliefs, and life experiences.”
While Jordan holds an MBA from Liberty University, his personal and professional values stand in direct opposition to the institution’s stance regarding the LGBTQ+ community. As an openly gay man, Jordan remains committed to creating spaces that are affirming, inclusive, and welcoming to people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
